Curriculum
NPS an English medium, co-educational proposed School is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Using English as the medium of instruction, the entire establishment works only with the sole objective of providing wholesome education to a student.
The school advocates the system of integrated curriculum in which a unit/topic is taught across different disciplines using a specific set of methods. As playing is essential to early learning we incorporate fun activities to improve a child’s social, physical, emotional, thinking and linguistic skills. Children test their developing ideas with objects, situations which is the key ability for academic learning. This helps our children to make connections across curriculum. The framework also keeps in mind the 'weeks' of the school which are celebrated every month like environment, literary, cultural, science, cosmic, week etc. Being a dynamic educational institution that believes in keeping pace with changes in the field of education, we have been following a system of Continuous, Comprehensive Evaluation as suggested by CBSE.
It is our belief that the curriculum we have developed will go a long way to fulfill the desired needs to bring about the best in each child for his/her overall development.
